The standard Turnaround time is 2 - 3 weeks, after the desired shoot date unless informed otherwise.

To be accommodated for any cancellations or date changes, clients are responsible for informing us through email or phone call within 48 hours.

Clients MUST review their finished files within 1 week of submission. Any day after that day will result in charges unless discussed ahead of time.
